2. SERVICES PROVIDED
‍Sunday Cues provides a subscription-based service offering high-quality, looping visuals (the “Content”) tailored for churches, ministries, entertainment, and similar organizations. Subscribers gain access to a curated library of visuals that may be downloaded and used within the guidelines set forth in these Terms of Use.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as published on our website at the time of purchase. Plans may vary by package or subscription term. Sunday Cues reserves the right to adjust pricing, introduce new plans, or modify services at any time.Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly, annually, or as otherwise indicated) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. USE OF CONTENT
Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content solely for intended purposes such as presentations, live events, broadcasts, or digital media within the scope of their subscription.The following restrictions apply:Content may be displayed, streamed, or integrated into media productions as permitted by your plan.Content may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or incorporated into any competing product or service.Content may not be altered in ways that infringe copyright or used in unlawful, harmful, or offensive contexts.Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription, you must discontinue use of Sunday Cues Content and delete any downloaded files. However, Content already incorporated into completed projects, services, or past recordings may remain as originally produced.By subscribing, you agree to uphold these guidelines and respect the integrity of Sunday Cues’ content and licensing.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Content provided by Sunday Cues—including visuals, graphics, software, and branding—remains the exclusive property of Sunday Cues and is protected under intellectual property laws. Subscription does not transfer or assign ownership rights.

6. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Sunday Cues immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. Sunday Cues is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure account information.

7. TERMINATION
‍Sunday Cues reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion if these Terms of Use are violated, intellectual property is infringed, or fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity is detected. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for fees already paid.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
‍Sunday Cues may amend these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland . Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maryland.By subscribing to or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
